Setting Up Your iECHO Profile
Below are step-by-step instructions for how to create your profile on the iECHO platform. You will need a profile to attend future sessions.
Once you are part of the group, join sessions via iECHO.org or the link in the email reminder that will be sent 30-minutes before each session.

You can search and select "top executive" if you don't find your profession and "Other" for your employer at this time.

Who Attends?
In each session, you'll meet a diverse mix of leaders from across Minnesota's aging services field, with a focus on executive operations and clinical leadership, including:
- Medical Directors
- Nurse Leaders
- Assisted Living Directors
- Nursing Home Administrators
We also welcome other geriatrics clinicians, administration students, academic faculty, social workers, recreation therapists, corporate leadership, and direct caregivers based on session topics.
We do ask that all attendees be employed by an aging services organization.
